We value developers who are curious, pragmatic and passionate about building robust, secure and scalable solutions.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs part of the development team, you'll:\n\nDevelop new functionality across frontend, backend, infrastructure and integrations\n\n\nImprove and maintain our e-commerce platform and internal applications\n\n\nBuild, maintain and optimize APIs and integrations between different systems\n\n\nContribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making\n\n\nImprove performance, scalability, security and cost efficiency across our platforms\n\n\nDesign and maintain event-driven integrations, scheduled jobs, queue-based processing and synchronous\/asynchronous system flows\n\n\nDebug and monitor distributed systems using logs, metrics and monitoring tools\n\n\nWork with CI\/CD pipelines, deployments and multiple development environments\n\n\nReduce technical debt and continuously improve code quality and maintainability\n\n\nCollaborate with the development team to continuously improve ways of working and engineering best practices\n\n\nWho we're looking for\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building high-quality solutions that last.\nYou likely have:\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in a similar Software Engineer role\n\n\nExperience with modern JavaScript\/TypeScript development\n\n\nStrong knowledge of React and Node.js\n\n\nExperience building frontend and backend applications using modern web technologies\n\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, integrations and API contracts\n\n\nExperience with serverless architectures and cloud-based solutions\n\n\nGood understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture and asynchronous processing\n\n\nExperience working with NoSQL databases\n\n\nExperience with Git, code reviews and collaborative software development\n\n\nExperience with CI\/CD pipelines, automated testing and deployment processes\n\n\nKnowledge of application security, authentication, authorization and IAM\n\n\nYou communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
