This means you'll have a varied role where you meet guests before, during, and after their stay with us.\nAs a spa attendant\/host, your primary task is to help ensure that the guest's experience is something extraordinary. You're an important part of the guest's overall experience, all the way from the entrance, through the various pools and saunas, via spa rituals, to bar service and world-class hospitality. The role also includes being a helping hand for our operations manager at the spa.\nAt reception, you're often the first person our guests meet. Here you work with high-level hospitality and help guests with everything from bookings and inquiries to upselling and tips about what Kiruna and Camp Ripan have to offer. Your main responsibilities at reception include responsibility for bookings, check-in and check-out, sales, guest service, and information. Collaboration with other departments is also important to create a world-class overall experience.\nWe're looking for someone who is passionate about service, hospitality, and meeting people. You're positive, solution-oriented, and see what needs to be done without always needing to be told. You enjoy variety and are comfortable welcoming a guest at reception one moment and creating a relaxing and personal experience at the spa the next.
