Safety & Advisory Sweden covers a wide range of disciplines, including rail safety, project management, capacity and railway planning analysis, railway studies, and rail simulation and modelling. The unit is distributed across Ramboll offices in Malm\u00f6, Stockholm, G\u00f6teborg, Halmstad and V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, with some travel within Sweden expected. From September, a Team Lead based in Malm\u00f6 will support the day-to-day management and development of a team of five people. You will be part of Ramboll's Transport market and the global Rail organisation, where specialists across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany and the UK collaborate, share expertise and work across borders to develop disciplines and deliver innovative solutions for clients.\nThis is a strategic leadership role where you will combine people leadership, business development, project delivery and operational excellence to strengthen Ramboll's Safety & Advisory offering in Sweden.
