You have very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, corresponding to at least level C1. The position also requires good computer skills and a valid B driving license.\nIt is meritious if you have experience working in primary care and with the Cosmic medical records system. We would also like to see that you have experience mentoring students as well as AT, BT, or ST physicians. Dual specialist competence is meritious, as is other experience and competencies that the employer deems relevant for the position.\nWe place great importance on personal qualities. You have a good overall perspective, are structured in your approach, and have well-developed collaboration skills. You contribute to a good work climate and work solution-oriented with the operation's and patient's best interests in focus.\nWhat You Will Work With\nAs a specialist in general medicine you work with:\nScheduled and acute patient visits\nMedical assessments and investigations\nFollow-up of patients with chronic diseases\nRounds at nursing homes and special housing facilities\nMentoring of ST, BT, and AT physicians\nCollaboration with other professions at the health center\nParticipation in development and improvement work\n\nWe work in three interprofessional teams where physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation staff, and psychosocial staff together care for their patients.
