You drive testing and development activities forward, evaluate results, and ensure that successful solutions are implemented and standardized in production.\nA central part of the role is to develop and challenge our suppliers in cutting processing to find the tool solutions and processes that deliver the best results and contribute to competitive cost per produced part.\nYour main responsibilities include:\n\nDrive development of new tool solutions together with suppliers.\n\n\nPlan, conduct, and follow up on tests in production.\n\n\nOptimize CNC programs, cutting data, and machining processes.\n\n\nWork actively to reduce tool costs and cycle times.\n\n\nEnsure that improvements are implemented and standardized.\n\n\nDevelop and challenge suppliers in cutting processing.\n\n\nParticipate in troubleshooting and technical improvement projects.\n\n\nYou will work in close collaboration with operators, VSL, VST, production engineering, Engineering, and suppliers of cutting tools.
