This means that you are primarily responsible for managing the designated system support and its components so that the system meets the needs of operations, for example by establishing requirements, developing, ensuring quality, and providing training in the system. The role receives and compiles needs, prioritizes within the area of responsibility, and for larger changes proposes prioritization, coordinates refinement and change activities and resources related to maintenance work. The work takes place in close collaboration with the management leader.\nThe position also includes preparing various types of materials for the department, agency management, and upon request for public disclosure. The work is characterized by collaboration with colleagues within the department, with other departments, regions, and external parties. Handling of referrals and other requests to the Security Department is also part of the work, as is other work that the Planning Manager deems appropriate within the security area.
