Your territory will be our Ukrainian market - you'll help us process orders, returns, and complaints while ensuring everything runs smoothly.\n\nWhat awaits you with us?\n\tCustomer care for Ukrainian customers: Communication via phone, email, and social media in your native\/perfectly fluent language.\n\tResolving returns and complaints: Complete process from receiving a complaint through communication with suppliers to its resolution.\n\tMarket connection: You'll be the bridge between Ukrainian customers and the Czech team.\n\tAdministration and finance: Payment verification and processing accounting documents.\n\tSystem work: Recording and managing customer requests in our ERP and CRM system.\n\tTeam collaboration: Close cooperation with colleagues across the entire company.\n\nWhat do we expect from you?\n\tExcellent knowledge of Ukrainian (spoken and written) - you'll be in daily contact with customers from Ukraine.\n\tKnowledge of Czech for smooth communication with colleagues in the office.\n\tBasic knowledge of English (Do you speak English? At least the basics will be helpful).\n\tAt least secondary school education.\n\tGreat communication and organizational skills.\n\tGood knowledge of working on a PC - MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).\n\tAttention to detail, independence, and reliability.
