We care for patients with complex medical needs at home, often in palliative stages, combining advanced medical treatment with person-centered and palliative care.\n\nBoth teams have their offices in Tullinge centrum. In each team, two specialist physicians already work, which means you will have several physician colleagues to collaborate with, discuss patient cases, and develop the operation together with.\n\nYou will work closely with nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, dietitian, and care coordinator. Together we create safe and cohesive care based on the patient's needs and wishes.\n\nYour Role\nAs a specialist physician in ASIH, you have medical overall responsibility for your patients. The specialist physicians, together with the unit manager, form the team's leadership, giving you good opportunities to influence both daily work and the operation's continued development.\n\nIn the role you will, among other things:\n\u00b7 provide advanced medical and palliative care in the patient's home\n\u00b7 work closely with other specialist physicians and an experienced multiprofessional team\n\u00b7 plan and follow the patient's care together with patient, relatives, and team\n\u00b7 work with symptom and pain management as well as conversations with patients and relatives\n\u00b7 mentor and guide colleagues and physicians in training\n\u00b7 contribute to the development of work methods, quality, and patient safety.\n\nWhat We Offer You\nWe want to create good conditions for you to thrive, develop, and have a sustainable work day.
