Could you be our new colleague?\nDescription\nSpecialist Psychiatric Clinic 4 is an outpatient clinic within Northern Stockholm Psychiatry (NSP), centrally located at S:t Eriksplan. We combine a structured approach with flexibility, and our daily work is characterized by unpretentiousness, collaboration, and open dialogue.\nThe clinic has a general psychiatric core assignment and provides treatment through pharmaceutical interventions, psychoeducational interventions, occupational therapy, psychosocial work, and group therapy. A large proportion of our patients come with questions regarding ADHD in combination with other psychiatric issues.\nWe have approximately 25 dedicated and experienced staff members organized in two teams. The work group has broad and complementary expertise including physicians, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. As a physician, you will be one of seven in a collegial and supportive environment.\nThe clinic regularly receives resident physicians in both psychiatry and those training in other specialties. We place great emphasis on supervision, development, and a good working environment where knowledge is shared and valued.\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a specialist physician, you will meet with patients for diagnosis, assessment, and treatment, and you will have regular opportunities to consult with physician colleagues or other professionals when cases require it. You will have overall responsibility for the treatment of your patients in line with diagnosis-specific care processes. We place great importance on thorough introduction so you feel confident working independently.\nParticipation in the clinic's ongoing quality and development work is a given.
