Care can be provided as inpatient care on the unit which has six care beds, enrollment in advanced home care (ASIH), outpatient care at our palliative clinic or in the home and at special housing facilities. Care is specialized based on each individual patient's needs.\n\nThe operation in Trelleborg is a unit consisting of a team with nurses, nursing assistants, social worker, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, physician, psychologist, and medical secretary. We continuously work to develop and strengthen teamwork to create an attractive workplace. Our catchment area is Trelleborg, Svedala, and Vellinge municipalities.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nWORK TASKS\nIn your role as a nursing assistant with us, you will perform nursing care for patients with specialized palliative needs. You actively participate in planning the patient's daily care together with other professionals. We offer you a developmental and exciting job where different competencies and experiences enrich and complement each other.\n\nThe goal of specialized care is to collaborate with the patient and other care providers to relieve the symptoms that trouble the patient in order to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
