You are able to work flexibly based on different students' needs, and it is crucial that you meet all students with a positive attitude and help them progress in their development.\n\nYou will be part of the school's student wellbeing team and participate in our student wellbeing efforts, so it is very important that you can collaborate and support teachers in how we best help students develop. You will conduct assessments of students' strengths and challenges, mentor teachers and other staff in daily work with students, and work in a team with the school's special education specialist and other special education teachers as well as other student wellbeing professionals. Close collaboration with work teams and direct involvement with students is essential.\n\nYour Qualifications\nWe are looking for someone with teacher training and a special education teacher certification.
