As a special education teacher, you will work with our middle school students. You will have overall responsibility for our SU-group by coordinating and organizing instruction based on current needs. It is an advantage if you also have credentials in a science or social studies subject. Previous experience working as a special education teacher is a plus.\nIt is a requirement that you have experience teaching at the middle school level and with language and knowledge development teaching methods. Experience teaching in an SU-group is an advantage. You need to have good knowledge of the school's governing documents and the ability to apply them in your daily work. The after-school program has about 90 students and is characterized by a good pedagogical environment that puts student interests and curiosity at the center.
