An important part of the assignment is direct work with students who need extra support to succeed in their studies. This may include individual support, working with the student to find effective strategies, or contributing to adaptations and structure in the learning situation.\n\nAt the same time, you work closely with our teachers through coaching, consultation, and joint problem-solving.
