Based on your education, you work in accordance with the established job description for the special education teacher profession and participate in the municipality's professional network for special education teachers.\nYou have experience working in primary schools and are confident in adapting instruction and learning environments based on students' individual needs. You have experience teaching students with special needs, both individually and in small teaching groups, and work to create a safe, structured, and accessible learning environment that promotes student development and goal achievement.\nAs a person, you are confident, organized, and flexible with strong collaboration skills. You are relationship-building, communicative, and maintain professional conduct with students, colleagues, and guardians.
