Here you work in close collaboration with other educators in a safe and competent team. Together you create structures, tools, and adaptations that enable each student to reach their full potential.\n\nYour work tasks will include conducting assessments and analyses of students' learning and development, both at individual and group levels. You provide special education support to students in need of additional support, both individually and in groups, and mentor teachers and work teams on pedagogical matters as well as adaptations and inclusive approaches.\n\nIn this role, you actively contribute to developing the school's learning environments and instruction to meet all students' needs and participate in implementing new working methods and strategies. You collaborate closely with school leadership, teachers, student support teams, and guardians to ensure a holistic perspective on the student. The assignment also includes responsibility for establishing, following up on, and evaluating support plans.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo be eligible for this position, you must have teacher certification and a degree as well as be qualified as a special education teacher in language, reading and writing, or mathematics.\n\nYou should have experience working with students in need of additional support, individually and in small groups.
