You have clear pedagogical insight and the ability to implement curriculum goals in your work. You have clear leadership and stand strong in your student groups. You are flexible, structured, and well-prepared. You are a present and collaborative educator who challenges and stimulates students to develop. A strong belief in collaboration as a success factor for pedagogical development is a given for you. You have direct and humble communication with guardians and create trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You are experienced in documentation and writing intervention plans. You have knowledge of NPF (Positive Behavior Support) and explicit teaching pedagogy. You are experienced in working with positive behavior support and low-arousal approaches.\n\nYou should be positive and cooperative and ready to join an international team.\n\nIn your role, you teach in Swedish and\/or English, while English is used frequently in staff communication.
