Students are taught based on the curriculum's subject areas. Through individualized instruction, documentation of support measures, and close collaboration with student welfare services, you contribute to creating an accessible and inclusive learning environment.\n\nWith us you will be part of a competent and collaboration-oriented team consisting of special education teachers, subject teachers, and teaching assistants. We prioritize collegial learning and actively work to develop our pedagogical methods and create sustainable working practices that promote student learning.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe are looking for someone who is a certified special education teacher with experience teaching in adapted primary school. You have good experience working with students on the autism spectrum and meeting students with extensive support needs.\n\nYou are confident in your professional role and have the ability to create clear structures that promote learning, safety and participation. With a low-affective approach, you adapt instruction based on each student's individual circumstances and needs. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented and relationship-building.
