We strongly believe in the power of collaboration to achieve good results.\n\nJob Responsibilities\nAs a special education teacher, you will be part of the school's student welfare team and have a central role in special education work. You work in close cooperation with the principal, other special education teachers, special education specialists, and other professionals within student welfare. You will also be part of the school development group led by the principal.\n\nYour main job responsibilities include:\nEnsure quality in special education work based on current research and applicable regulations.\nContribute to early identification and assessment of students' need for additional support.\nConduct assessments, evaluations, and establish action plans in close dialogue with mentors, students, and guardians.\nProvide consultative and coaching support to colleagues, the principal, and guardians.\nContribute to systematic quality work to increase goal attainment.\nWork both individually and in classrooms with students as well as coach colleagues to adapt and develop learning environments.\n\nQualifications\nThe role requires:\nTeacher certification\nGood communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.\nDigital competence and experience using digital tools as an integrated part of teaching and documentation.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nWe are looking for someone who is flexible and applies a variety of methods to meet students' different needs.
