Together with classroom teachers, students, and guardians, you will create good conditions for learning through support measures, adaptations, and positive relationships. The role includes teaching and support for students in grades F\u20133 and also 4\u20136, with a special focus on early literacy development and some mathematics. You will work with individually adapted interventions both in the classroom and in smaller groups, and contribute to the development of the school's accessible learning environments for F\u20133 and 4\u20136. Work tasks also include documentation in Prorenata, work with screenings and intervention plans, as well as some mentoring of colleagues and work teams. You will work closely with the student support team (EHT). The position is initially based at Hanah\u00f6j School, but work tasks at H\u00e5nger School will be included over time.\nQualifications\nWe are seeking someone who is a certified special education teacher in Swedish, preferably with a focus on language and reading development, and holds a teaching license for elementary school. You have experience in special education and good digital skills. Knowledge of dyslexia and NPF is a merit. As a person, you are independent, curious, and relationship-building, while also being structured and confident in creating clear frameworks for student learning.
