Welcome with your application!\r\n\r\n1 position(s).\r\n\r\nWORK DUTIES\r\nAs a special education teacher in the introduction program, you work closely with students and play an important role in their development toward further studies or other employment. You plan, implement, and follow up on instruction based on students' individual needs and prerequisites, with a focus on creating good opportunities for learning and progression.\n\nThe assignment includes assessing students' need for support, adapting instruction, and working with various pedagogical and special education interventions. You monitor students' knowledge development and contribute to finding strategies that strengthen their ability to reach their goals.\n\nAn important part of the role is also to collaborate with subject teachers, student services, and other professionals regarding students' learning and development. Together you create a whole around the student and work to ensure that instruction and support are based on each student's needs and prerequisites.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\t\u2022 Teaching certification and special education teacher degree\n\t\u2022 Experience teaching at the upper secondary level\n\nIt is meriting if you have experience working in introduction programs and\/or experience working with students with special needs.\n\nAs a person you are confident and stable in your professional role and have a professional and respectful approach to students, guardians, and colleagues. You have a good understanding of students' different circumstances and adapt instruction based on their needs. Du planerar, genomf\u00f6r och f\u00f6ljer upp undervisning utifr\u00e5n elevernas individuella behov och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar, med fokus p\u00e5 att skapa goda m\u00f6jligheter till l\u00e4rande och progression.\n\nI uppdraget ing\u00e5r att kartl\u00e4gga elevernas behov av st\u00f6d, anpassa undervisningen och arbeta med olika pedagogiska och specialpedagogiska insatser.
