You plan, participate in, and further develop activities together with students and colleagues. Teaching takes place individually, in small groups, and in the classroom. You are responsible for, together with the mentors, establishing assessments regarding special support and intervention plans in close collaboration with colleagues and parents\/guardians. You meet and communicate with parents\/guardians as needed.\n\nYou become part of a committed teaching staff that wants to develop together, and where collaboration with teachers is close. We believe in fulfilling the curriculum by offering students varied working methods to develop the skills necessary in tomorrow's society.
