We also have access to a sports hall. The new grades 7-9 school has its own kitchen, cafeteria, and five home base classrooms. The school is designed to accommodate 5 parallel classes with up to 375 students, but will start with 4 parallel classes from autumn 2024.\n\nHjortsbergskolan is a multicultural school and we see all students as our students. Diversity is seen as an asset, and the goal is for all students to succeed in their studies.\n\nTogether for safety and knowledge\n\n1 position(s).\n\nDUTIES\nWe are looking for someone who wants to teach Swedish and work as a special education teacher in grades 7-9 at Hjortsbergskolan. As a special education teacher, you will plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction. You will work both in the classroom and with students in small groups and individual instruction.\n\nMentoring is part of the position. Another subject combination, such as French or home and consumer studies, may also be relevant.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou should ideally be trained as a special education teacher for grades 7-9 and hold teacher certification. However, we also welcome applicants with other qualifications or experience.
