You are expected to be confident and skilled in conducting pedagogical evaluations, writing intervention plans, and submitting applications for extraordinary support. The role also includes planning and implementing targeted interventions with students, both individually and in groups, based on identified needs. An important part of the work is coaching and supporting colleagues in creating accessible learning environments where more students have the opportunity to succeed in their education.
