We believe in a strong health profile, professionalism, and a clear dress code that reflects our ambitions.\nAs a special education teacher, you are an important part of student welfare and responsible for designing instruction so that it reaches the students and allows them to find their full potential. You mentor teachers and help our coaches structure studies for students. You also provide support in contact with guardians. You are a central part of working with students in need of extra accommodations and special support. This entails a coordination responsibility for an effective student welfare structure together with the principal. You participate with leadership and senior teachers in the school's pedagogical steering group.\nIn your daily work, you support individual students and student groups according to their needs and also act as a coach to colleagues on special education matters and teaching with methods, materials, and guidance. You conduct classroom visits, observe, and work closely with students. The role also includes responsibility for pedagogical assessments, documentation in journal systems, and follow-up. Together with other colleagues, you contribute to the school's goals and are engaged in the entire school's development.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who is trained as a special education teacher or a trained teacher with ongoing training to become a special education teacher. Special teachers may also be of interest. You have worked in middle or upper secondary school. You enjoy your work and are driven by seeing students reach their full potential. You have good organizational skills and an ability to build trust. Being a team player is important to you, and you have a creative way of solving challenges.
