The preschool management organization consists of four principals, two pedagogical supervisors, and two special education teachers. During the fall, one of our special education teachers is moving to a new position in another municipality, and we are therefore looking for a new colleague. Our team also includes an administrator and a placement coordinator. The preschool management team is led by me as preschool director, and joint meetings are held for planning, development, and collegial learning. Your role extends across all of Gagnef's locations, so a Class B driver's license and access to your own car are required; travel compensation is provided.\nWithin Gagnef's preschools, we work for equitable education and care for all children. In spring 2026, we initiated a review of child health work. The work to create clearer structures has since gained momentum. You will play a central role in the continued development work around our child health plan and help build long-term structures for preventive and health-promoting work.\nAs a special education teacher with us, you have a broad mandate to support and develop the preschool's operations. The focus is on contributing to making teaching and learning environments accessible to all children, with particular emphasis on children in need of support.
