The work involves working together with the principal to develop and shape the pedagogical work at both group and individual levels as well as at the organizational level from a promotion, prevention, and intervention perspective. You should be a support to educators on how they can structure their teaching so that education is accessible, inclusive, and creates participation for all children.\r\n\r\nYou advocate for and support the work team's efforts, when needed with pedagogical assessments\/action plans.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nWe are looking for someone who has a special education degree or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
