This means the special education teacher role is conducted with a broad perspective on both the student's and the organization's needs.\n\nQualifications\nRequirements:\n- Early childhood education teacher, teacher, or leisure pedagogue degree plus postgraduate training in special education (300 hp)\n- Experience working with children and youth with functional variations\n- Experience with external contacts and collaboration with staff, students, guardians, rehabilitation services, child and adolescent psychiatric services, and family services\n- Good digital skills\n- Good understanding of school goals and curriculum documents\n- Strong Swedish proficiency, both spoken and written.\n\nMeritorious:\n- Experience working in upper secondary school introduction programs or primary school special education groups (grades 7-9)\n- Good experience collaborating with other authorities and participating in various networks.\n\nAs a special education teacher, you handle complex issues and find sustainable pedagogical solutions.
