Through your role, you contribute to ensuring that our students who need special support receive individualized and inclusive treatment and measures that lead to increased goal achievement. You will be part of the school's student health team, which consists of a school nurse, counselor, special education teacher, and principal.\n\nYour Tasks\n\nIdentify and assess students' need for special support\nDevelop and conduct pedagogical assessments and create action plans\nGuide and support teachers in matters concerning special education and inclusive teaching\nDevelop and adapt learning environments to meet all students' needs\nCollaborate with guardians, school leadership, and student health services\nBe a trusted adult and role model for students\n\nQualifications\n\nFor this role, you must have:\nTraining as a special education teacher or equivalent pedagogical education.\nGood knowledge of the school's governing documents and the ability to apply them in your daily work.\nThe tools needed to meet students, guardians, and educators in a communicative and trustworthy manner.\n\nIt is also desirable if you have experience working in primary school (grades F-6).\n\nPersonal Qualities\n\nAs a person, you are development-oriented, positive, and have good communication skills and the ability to see the bigger picture.
