We are looking for a responsible person with equivalent experience in customer service (preferred), as well as the ability to organize time while demonstrating excellent communication skills when working with center clients.\n\nYour responsibilities:\n- Ensure friendly customer service at the RTU Culture and Sports Center and answer inquiries;\n- Sell RTU Culture and Sports Center memberships in accordance with regulations \u2013 work with POS terminal;\n- Answer phone calls;\n- Administer purchased memberships in the accounting software;\n- Register RTU student visits in the sports system sports.rtu.lv;\n- Issue keys and access cards;\n- Register visitor vehicles in the system;\n- Inform clients about current changes in RTU Culture and Sports Center operations;\n- Collect client complaints and suggestions and report them to the RTU Culture and Sports Center manager;\n- Inform center management about emergency situations during working hours.\n\nYour experience and skills:\n- Secondary or secondary specialized education;\n- Ability to organize your work and good communication skills;\n- Good computer skills;\n- Excellent knowledge of Latvian language, English language proficiency at conversational level for customer service;\n- Previous work experience performing similar duties will be considered an additional qualification.\n\nYou will receive:\n- Active work at one of the leading Baltic technology universities;\n- Salary of 7.00 EUR gross per hour;\n- Opportunity to combine work with studies - shift work;\n- Health insurance after probation period;\n- Additional days off and other benefits according to the RTU collective agreement;\n- Access to sports facilities available to RTU employees at the RTU \u0136\u012bpsala swimming pool and RTU Culture and Sports Center (gym FREE OF CHARGE; swimming pool, sauna), as well as other recreational opportunities;\n- Other activities and training within the university framework.\n\nPlease note that we will contact candidates who are selected for interviews.
