You will ensure the seamless technical operation of the building, adjacent grounds, and forest property.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\n- comprehensive management and technical operation of healthcare and social services facility buildings\n- planning, organizing, and overseeing maintenance of buildings and equipment\n- ensuring regular inspections, checks, and mandatory facility inspections\n- oversight of compliance with regulatory requirements, operational safety, occupational health and safety, and fire protection\n- coordination with external suppliers, service companies, and tradespeople\n- documentation of technical records, inspection reports, and operational logs\n- preparation of materials for repairs, investments, and technical improvements\n- prompt resolution of technical malfunctions and emergency situations\n- management of outdoor areas, roads, gardens, and forest property\n- monitoring of efficient energy use and operational costs\n- collaboration with management on facility development and maintenance planning\n\nRequirements:\n- minimum secondary education in a technical field\n- experience with building management, facility management, or technical operations\n- knowledge of building, technical, and operational regulations\n- knowledge of occupational health and safety, fire protection, and related legislation is advantageous\n- ability to independently organize work and handle operational situations\n- basic user proficiency with PC (MS Office)\n- group B driver's license\n- technical competence, reliability, and responsible approach\n\nAdvantages:\n- experience with healthcare or social services facility operations\n- certifications according to relevant technical regulations\n- experience with building energy management\n\nWe Offer:\n- independent and responsible work\n- stable employment with an established organization\n- competitive compensation; salary range 31,000 -
