We expect that you are seeking primary care because you are interested in the breadth of the specialty of general medicine and can envision a future in primary care.\nAs an ST doctor with us, you will receive weekly scheduled supervision. Theoretical education includes ST meetings one day per month, numerous courses, and in-house continuing education at the health center with the doctor team. There will also be opportunities to participate in larger national conferences.\nV\u00e5rdcentralen Linghem is located in the community of Linghem with proximity to both Link\u00f6ping city center and Norrk\u00f6ping city center. With commuter traffic, you can reach Link\u00f6ping in seven minutes and Norrk\u00f6ping in 20 minutes. The health center has approximately 6,800 listed patients, coming from both urban and rural areas. Services include pediatrics, acute care, and elderly care. We are responsible for a residential care facility (S\u00c4BO) and home healthcare. V\u00e5rdcentralen Linghem is the small health center with big opportunities. We actively engage in quality and change management work.\nThe health center is staffed with general medicine specialists, doctors in training, district nurses, nurses, nurse assistants, administrative staff, a dietitian, a social worker, and a rehabilitation coordinator, and has access to a well-equipped laboratory. Our goal is for the health center to be an attractive workplace by promoting a work environment that provides balance between work and private life. The medical clinic consists of four specialist doctors and two ST doctors. You have Swedish language skills equivalent to a documented level C1, as you must be able to communicate unimpeded with patients, family members, and colleagues. If you have not completed AT or do not have approved Basic Competence (BT), there is an opportunity to complete BT during the first year of employment. Experience working in primary care is meritorious.\nAs a person, you have good collaboration skills and can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. You have good judgment and communicate clearly.
