Your appointment will be planned according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's objectives, your individual training plan, and the operation's conditions.\nYou will serve in the clinic's various operational areas and complete relevant side appointments as part of your specialist training. You work closely with the clinic's other professions and collaborate with primary care, municipal health and medical services, and other specialist clinics.\nThe assignment includes participation in the clinic's educational activities, quality improvement work, and operational development. You will receive support from supervisors, the study director, specialist colleagues, and the multidisciplinary team during your development toward specialist competence. If you have not completed AT (general training) or have approved basic competence according to BT, there is the possibility to do BT during the first year of employment.\nAs a person, you are responsible, curious, and flexible.
