Your work involves ensuring safety and well-being for our service users. The tasks include care work, such as assistance with meals, medication, personal hygiene, daily chores, activities and communication, always with the individual's needs at the center. You will document and work with implementation plans according to IBIC (Individual's Needs in Focus) and collaborate closely with colleagues, family members, and other partners. The work requires a calm, clear, and professional approach as well as the ability to adapt your support according to each person's circumstances.\nYour workplace\nThe Social Services Administration's mission is to support municipality residents toward independent living and ensure that all residents receive the support they are entitled to, within the framework of the Social Services Act and the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS). You will be part of the LSS division, which is responsible for ensuring that people with LSS decisions receive their services through in-house operations.\nAspn\u00e4sv\u00e4gen 120 is a group home located in Ullst\u00e4mma with five service users. The target group is people who have physical and\/or intellectual functional impairments. The home is a detached villa with a garden and patio that we use when the weather permits.\nWe are ten colleagues who together create a safe and cohesive work environment where we always support each other. We enjoy our work and help each other to make everyday life function smoothly. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends. Experience in support, care, and nursing is required, and it is advantageous if you have worked with people who have physical and\/or intellectual functional impairments as well as assistive technology.
