The department is responsible for LSS residences, day activities, residential support, short-term stays, and personal assistance. Your work is guiding, supportive, and motivating, where you help users manage their difficulties and develop their abilities in everyday life.\n\nYou will meet users with mental health disabilities, as well as persons with complex needs and\/or comorbidities. Many of the persons you come into contact with may experience emotional imbalance, and there are also encounters with users who may display anxiety, self-harm behavior, and\/or other self-destructive actions.
