The work tasks are varied and designed based on each individual's needs, resources, and circumstances. The work includes, among other things, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and participation in leisure activities. You are also responsible for social documentation, advocacy assignments, and medication management according to delegation. Our approach is low-arousal and structured with a focus on strengthening the individual's independence.\nThe work can sometimes be both demanding and physically strenuous, which requires that you are confident in yourself and have good collaboration skills.\nH\u00e4rryda municipality is working to reduce the proportion of temporary staff and instead increase core staffing.
