In close collaboration with the client, you plan and structure the days together. The clients need practical support with care, communication, routines, and structure. They also need support with behaviors where PBS (positive behavior support) is used as a method. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. The facility coordinates planning with other units, which means that work at multiple locations may be relevant.\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who has completed a care and health program, child and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent. To succeed in the role, previous experience in LSS operations is required, as well as experience with the target group of intellectual disabilities and autism. Previous experience working with externalizing behavior and low-affect interactions is desirable. We would appreciate experience documenting in journal systems and working based on IBIC (the individual's needs at the center). Experience working with positive behavior support is also considered a merit for the position.\nThe responsibilities include various contacts and documentation, which makes it important that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish. We would like you to have computer skills and knowledge in AAC (augmentative and alternative communication).
