We are now seeking new experienced and confident colleagues who want to be part of creating the best possible everyday life for our service users.\n\n1 position(s).\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nIn the role of support assistant, you support the service users in their daily activities. Much of the work takes place indoors, but we also have activities that involve walks and other sensory stimulating activities.\n\nWith the support of a support educator, you and your colleagues create meaningful and pedagogically planned activities. You support and guide the service users in their work and create conditions for meaningful occupation.\n\nWe would like you to be curious about developing new activities with us, and it is positive if you enjoy gardening since it is an appreciated part of the service users' everyday life. The work often involves you working one-on-one with a service user, but always as part of a work team where we support each other.\n\nAs a support assistant, you are a contact person for participants, draw up implementation plans, maintain contact with participants' networks, and have an ombudsman assignment. You work with social documentation in the Treserva documentation system and continuously follow up and revise the implementation plans.\n\nWorking hours are scheduled during daytime and comprise 40 hours per week. We work with activity-adapted and flexible schedules. The schedule is continuously adjusted according to the needs of the operations.
