Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekends and are adapted to the needs of the operations.\n\nWe hope you become curious about our operations!\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a diploma from the Healthcare and Care Program, support assistant training, or Children and Leisure Program with a focus on social or educational work. The educational requirement is also met if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability field comprising at least 200 vocational school credits, 120 higher education credits, or a combination equivalent to at least four semesters of full-time studies. Alternatively, 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and services for people with disabilities. The education should have relevant credits in behavioral science, pedagogy, psychology, or social work.\n\nIt is highly desirable that you have a 2-year vocational higher education in treatment assistant\/social pedagogue or a higher education degree as social worker.\n\nTo take on the role, you also need at least 2 years of documented experience working with the target group of mental disabilities and active substance use.\n\nCommunication is an important part of the work, which means you must have good knowledge of Swedish language both spoken and written. If you do not meet the qualification requirements in Swedish 1, Swedish as a second language, or equivalent, you may be offered to take a language test via test provider Educateit.\n\nGood computer skills are a requirement.
