You work based on each person's individual needs and actively work to enable the person to use their abilities as independently as possible. You support and assist with daily tasks, personal care, leisure activities, and social contacts.\n\nTogether with your colleagues, you create a calm and stress-free environment, with clear routines and predictability for all residents. Each person has an individual implementation plan that guides the support provided. Your responsibilities include being attentive, having great patience, and using your pedagogical skills to support and guide users according to their individual needs.
