The operation currently consists of a dedicated team of support assistants and a coordinating support pedagogue, with a strong user focus and great job satisfaction! The goal of the operation is to provide children and young people with meaningful leisure time, an opportunity for environmental change\/recreation\/relief, and the chance to meet other children and young people. You work to promote increased safety, independence, integrity, and co-determination\/participation. Together we place the individual's needs at the center. The work includes social documentation and collaboration with both internal and external parties.\n\nYou have a genuine interest and commitment to working with children and youth in the support services field. You are confident and responsible in your professional role and provide the children\/young people with a safe and predictable environment. You work actively and independently within the scope of your assignment and with a clear individual focus. You have good collaboration skills and are responsive in meeting everyone you encounter in your role. For you, change is something enjoyable and challenging, and you always see solutions to challenges.\n\nCare work is included in the job duties.\n\nWorking hours are scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts.\r\n\r\nQUALIFICATIONS\r\nYou have appropriate upper secondary education for the work, or alternatively a KY\/YH education within LSS\/care services. You have documented experience working with people in this target group. We work with people who need an individually designed environment. It is therefore of great importance that you have experience with low-arousal interaction and clear teaching methods.
