We offer a safe and homely environment with staff available 24\/7, every day of the year. Six clients live in their own apartments with access to common areas and private outdoor spaces at ground level. We work from a salutogenic approach where we see the whole individual and use health-promoting and social activities to achieve good living conditions. We provide individualized support to our clients, which means we adapt our methods based on the person we meet. As a support assistant, you will work providing support and services together with clients based on their individual needs. This means you will help create the conditions for security, personal development, and good living conditions. In this assignment, the focus is always on the clients; we therefore adapt ourselves to their needs and respect their will and wishes. Daily documentation is an important part of the work to ensure good quality and safety in our assignment. Work is scheduled day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
