We work based on the individual's needs and offer services that are built on several laws, including the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Support and Services to Certain People with Disabilities (LSS) and the Health and Medical Care Act.\n\nLantmannav\u00e4gen is a residence with special services for young people according to LSS.\n\nWith us, you meet each individual with respect and professionalism. Now we're looking for you who wants to contribute with both structure, commitment and knowledge while making a real difference.\n\nAs a support assistant, you work both closely with the individual and with the facility's quality development. You work closely with the young people and help create security, structure and predictability. A calm and stable approach is crucial, as is the ability to listen and adapt to each young person's individual needs.\n\nAs a support assistant, you work to provide pedagogical, social and practical support to people with disabilities in their everyday lives. The goal is to strengthen the young people's independence, quality of life and participation in society based on their needs.
