Lejonsl\u00e4ttsgatan is located close to nature in Kik\u00e5s with proximity to M\u00f6lndal city center, commuter train, restaurants, and cultural life. We also have close access to forests, nature, and swimming areas. The residences have eight apartments each and are aimed at elderly people with intellectual disabilities, NPF, dementia, and acquired brain injuries. We are now looking for two new colleagues who want to help create the best possible everyday life for our residents.\n\n2 position(s).\n\nWORK DUTIES\nAs a support assistant, you work to support the resident in their everyday life by creating a comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful existence and by working preventatively and structurally. You provide professional support and strengthen each individual's self-esteem and belief in their own abilities - all work is based on the resident's individually prepared implementation plan.\n\nYou are involved in establishing and\/or maintaining social networks. Your role also involves supporting residents in developing their communication skills and sense of belonging, as well as providing support in social activities, both individually and in groups. The goal is to support full participation in society based on each person's individual wishes.\n\nYou provide support in all everyday tasks such as planning, personal hygiene, clothing care, laundry, cleaning, nutrition, cooking, shopping, finances, medication, social training, culture, and leisure activities.\n\nYou are part of a work team with support assistants and a support educator. You work with social documentation in the documentation system Treserva and follow up and revise the implementation plans on an ongoing basis. We work with activity-adapted and flexible schedules.
