Experience working within LSS for at least 1 year is required.\nA B-class driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement, as well as the ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing in Swedish.\nSwimming proficiency is a merit as this is a regular activity at the residence.\nExperience with social documentation and MarteMeo, as well as previous work with children with disabilities, is advantageous.\nGreat importance is placed on personal suitability. In the position, you will support young people with disabilities who demonstrate high sensitivity and therefore require a high level of attentiveness to their needs to feel well. You should thus have a low-affect approach and understand challenging behavior.\nAbout the Workplace\nChildren's residences are directed at children and young people granted permanent housing according to LSS \u00a79:8. All users have an autism diagnosis, and challenging behavior occurs in daily work.\nUsers have varying needs, interests, and wishes.
