Working hours follow a shift schedule with shifts between 7:00 and 20:00 on weekdays. You will also work evenings every third Sunday.\nStart date by agreement.\nYour New Job\nFamily-based residential support is an intervention with a clear focus on parents and family. As a support assistant in family-based residential support, you implement approved interventions directed at both parents and children. You work independently in families' homes with a strong focus on strengthening parenting, which means providing practical, educational, and compensatory support tailored to the needs of each individual and family.\nYou will primarily work with people who have some form of neuropsychiatric functional impairment (NPF), and if you have knowledge of or have previously worked with people with NPF, this is considered an asset. This may involve supporting the family in creating functioning morning and evening routines, planning and implementing activities together with parents, such as assisting with contacts with various authorities. The assignment may also include targeted interventions directly with children, where you ensure that their care needs are met. This may involve, for example, accompanying the child to leisure activities or being present in other everyday situations to create safety and structure.
