Then we hope you apply to us!\nJob Description\nAs a support assistant, you work closely with the people living in the group home. The support is designed individually and is based on each person's needs, wishes, abilities and implementation plan.\nAn important part of the work is to support without taking over. This means encouraging and creating opportunities for the individual to use and develop their own abilities and to participate in decisions concerning their own daily life.\nWork tasks are varied and may include:\nproviding individually adapted support in various daily activities\nworking pedagogically and motivatingly to strengthen independence and participation\nproviding support regarding communication, structure and planning\nparticipating in leisure activities, social activities and contacts in the community\nproviding support with personal care and other daily activities based on individual needs\nworking based on implementation plans and set goals\ndocumenting in accordance with applicable legislation and the operation's procedures\ncooperating with colleagues, relatives, health care and other important people around the individual\nactively contributing to the development of the operation's working methods and quality\n\nNo two workdays are the same.
