You work according to a rotation schedule, which gives you the opportunity to influence your schedule within the framework of the organization's guidelines.\nThese are permanent full-time positions. 80 percent of the work is allocated to one of these facilities, and the remaining 20 percent you work at other workplaces within the Disability Sector. Start date by agreement.\nYour New Job\nAs a support assistant, you provide individually adapted support to residents based on their needs and circumstances. You help residents manage their daily lives and any challenges that may arise. Activities are a natural part of the work and may include walks, outings, social activities, or everyday errands - always with the goal of strengthening participation and quality of life. The work is varied and requires you to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks during a shift. You work closely with colleagues and other professionals such as nurses, support pedagogues, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to create a comprehensive approach for each individual. The role includes care, care-related services, and healthcare tasks performed under delegation. You document in the Viva journal system. The role also includes contact person responsibility, which means you are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring interventions, always with a habilitative approach.\nIn the organization we use alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), including sign language support TAKK to strengthen participation and communication. Experience with AAC and TAKK is therefore a merit.
