The temporary position is 65% and involves day, evening, and alternating weekend shifts. You are part of the resident's daily life, providing support and active guidance to the individual where relationship-building approach and genuine engagement are your driving forces.\nThe team's staff members provide residents with support in household chores, hygiene, and care. We care that residents have meaningful leisure time and good relationships with friends, family, partners, and society \u2013 naturally, you will support the individual with this.
