We welcome your application!\n\nThe group home is home to six adults, each in their own apartment. As a support assistant, you provide support to residents in all aspects of life. You base your work on each person's individual needs and work deliberately to enable residents to use their abilities as independently as possible. You assist and help with daily tasks, personal care, leisure activities and social contacts.\n\nTogether with your colleagues, you create a calm and stress-free environment with clear routines and predictability for everyone living in the group home. Each person has an individual implementation plan that guides the support provided. Your responsibilities include being attentive, having great patience and using your pedagogical skills to support and guide residents according to their individual needs.
