Our goal is for everyone to feel safe, seen, and included.\n\nWork Tasks\nAs a staff member with us, no two days are the same. Your tasks may include:\n- Providing individually tailored support and care in daily life\n- Creating safety, structure, and predictability\n- Planning and carrying out activities based on the children's and young people's interests\n- Supporting communication, participation, and independence\n- Assisting with personal care when needed\n- Collaborating with colleagues, guardians, and other stakeholders\n- Documenting and following up on interventions according to facility procedures\n- Contributing to developing the operation and creating a positive environment\n- Being flexible and working at other care facilities to complete your hours\n\nWe work with low-arousal approaches and with a respectful and educational attitude. We base our work on the individual's strengths and focus on possibilities rather than limitations.\n\nQualifications\nWe're looking for someone who is confident, committed, and has a genuine interest in working with children and young people with disabilities.\n\nYou need to be able to meet each individual with respect, patience, and attentiveness. You are responsible, flexible, and work well with others.
